Sarah Cassady

Sarah Cassady is a founding partner of Rosenberg Cassady, where she serves as outside general counsel to small and mid-sized employers on a wide range of workplace and governance issues. She partners with leadership and HR teams on day-to-day questions involving hiring, compensation, discipline and terminations, leaves of absence and accommodations, and labor relations and union negotiations.

Drawing on her background in employment litigation defense, Sarah helps organizations proactively manage risk through practical counseling, internal investigations, and clear, compliant policies and trainings. Before co-founding Rosenberg Cassady, she was a partner at Young, Minney & Corr, LLP and previously practiced at Leone & Alberts, APC. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2009 and Santa Clara University School of Law in 2015.
