Casey Fee

Casey Fee’s primary practice areas include litigation, facilities, and student matters. Casey has extensive experience advising clients regarding Title IX and conducting and overseeing various investigations. She regularly advises clients on due process complaints before the Office of Administrative Hearings, compliance complaints with the California Department of Education, and civil rights complaints with the Office for Civil Rights. Before joining Rosenberg Cassady LLP, Casey served as Senior Counsel at Young, Minney & Corr, LLP where she practiced education law. Before working in education law, Casey practiced employment law and litigation. During college, Casey also worked as an Aide at a Special Education Preschool in the Bay Area, gaining valuable first-hand experience alongside passionate and dedicated educators. Casey is a California native raised in a family of educators and administrators. Her mother was an adaptive physical education teacher for over 30 years, her stepfather was a Program Specialist for 17 years, and her father was the Principal of the first-ever charter school in her hometown.
